Aleksei and Nora received two outstanding awards for their poster presentations at the conference of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Aleksei received first place among graduate-level presenters in the “Brain and Behavior” section, for his research on “Control and embodiment of complex tools: hitting a target with a bullwhip”. Nora received an honorable mention (2nd place) among graduate-level presenters in the “Medicine and Public Health” section for her research on “Movement as a vital sign for predicting health and development in preterm infants”. Both will be featured on an ad for the upcoming issue of Science in April!
